Can I really grow a fruit tree in an apartment?
Absolutely. Many of our trees are well suited to container growing on balconies, patios, and even indoors near sunny windows. Meyer Lemon, Navel Orange, and Lime trees all thrive in containers.

Do you ship to my state?
It depends on the tree and size. Our 1–2 ft and 2–3 ft trees ship throughout California, and citrus ships within California only. Avocados and other non-citrus fruit trees in those sizes also ship to Arizona, Texas, Utah, and Nevada. Not sure about your area? Contact us with your ZIP code.

Why can't citrus ship outside California?
State agricultural quarantine rules restrict moving citrus trees out of California to protect citrus growers from disease. Non-citrus trees aren't restricted this way.

How long until my tree produces fruit?
It depends on the variety, the tree size, and your growing conditions. Many varieties can begin fruiting within a few years of planting, and larger trees often fruit sooner. Meyer Lemon can produce even sooner. Check each product page and our Growing Guides for variety details.

What sizes do you offer?
Every tree comes in five sizes: 1–2 ft, 2–3 ft, 3–4 ft, 4–5 ft, and 5–6 ft. The smaller sizes are young, easy-to-plant starter trees. The larger sizes are more established and give you more landscape impact right away.

Which sizes ship, and which are local delivery?
The 1–2 ft and 2–3 ft sizes can ship, or be delivered locally in Orange County. The 3–4 ft, 4–5 ft, and 5–6 ft sizes are available by local delivery only in Orange County.

Do you deliver locally?
Yes. We deliver throughout Orange County and select nearby areas of Southern California, including Mission Viejo, Irvine, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, San Clemente, Newport Beach, and more. All five sizes are available for local delivery. Most local orders are fulfilled in approximately 5–10 business days, and we contact you to schedule before your tree arrives. Outside Orange County? Send us your ZIP code and we'll let you know if delivery is available.

Do you plant the trees for me?
Yes. Professional fruit tree installation is available by quote in Orange County and select nearby areas. It may include delivery and placement, digging the planting hole, planting at the proper depth, backfilling, initial deep watering, staking when appropriate, and aftercare guidance. Pricing depends on tree size, number of trees, soil conditions, and access. Contact us with your location and a photo of the planting spot for a quote.

Can I order more than one tree?
Absolutely. We coordinate multi-tree orders and backyard orchards. Ask us about multi-tree and bundle pricing.

Don't see the variety or size I want?
Ask us. We work with Southern California growers and nurseries and may be able to source additional varieties and sizes.

What if my tree arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@fastgrowingfruittrees.org with your order number and clear photos of the tree and packaging. We'll review and arrange a replacement or full refund. See our Shipping & Returns policy for details.

Can I return my tree?
Because our trees are living plants sourced to order from our growers, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before we've purchased your tree from the grower. See our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Which tree is right for my climate?
Every listing includes hardiness zone information. Check our Growing Guides for detailed recommendations by region.

How do I care for my new tree when it arrives?
Water your tree immediately and place it in a semi-sunny spot. Avoid transplanting and direct hot sun for the first week so the tree can acclimate and not get burned. After that week, move it to the amount of sun listed on its product page and in our Growing Guides.
