August Pride Peach Tree

August Pride Peach Tree

A summer favorite for mild-winter gardens, the August Pride Peach produces large, golden-yellow freestone peaches with sweet, juicy flesh and a classic peach flavor. Freestone means the pit pulls away cleanly, which makes it easy to eat fresh, slice for desserts, or freeze for later.

This is a low-chill variety, bred to fruit reliably in the mild winters of Southern California, where many traditional peach varieties struggle. It is also self-fruitful, so one tree is all you need to get fruit.

Why You’ll Love It

• Large, sweet, juicy peaches with golden-yellow flesh
• Freestone fruit that is easy to slice, bake, and eat fresh
• Low-chill variety that fruits in mild Southern California winters
• Self-fruitful, so no second tree is needed
