Return & Refund Policy

At Fast Growing Fruit Trees, we want every customer to receive a healthy, high-quality tree. Because we sell living plants, our return policy differs from that of traditional retail products.

Live Fruit Trees

All live fruit tree sales are generally final once delivered or shipped. We do not accept returns for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or normal variations in a living tree's appearance.

However, if your tree arrives damaged, unhealthy, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Hello@fastgrowingfruittrees.org.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the tree and any damaged packaging.

We will review your claim and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Shipping Damage

If your tree arrives damaged during shipping, please photograph the packaging and tree before disposing of any materials. Contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Local Delivery & Installation

Please inspect your tree at the time of delivery or installation and notify us promptly of any concerns.

Once a tree has been installed, its ongoing health depends on watering, drainage, sunlight, weather, soil conditions, and proper care.

We cannot guarantee future growth, flowering, or fruit production unless expressly covered by a separately purchased written protection plan.

Pots, Planters & Accessories

Unused pots, planters, and eligible accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition.

Please contact us before returning an item. Return shipping or pickup charges may apply unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once a tree has been specially sourced, prepared for shipment, or scheduled for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method, generally within 10 business days of approval. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.
