At Fast Growing Fruit Trees, we take special care to ensure your fruit trees arrive healthy and ready to grow. We offer shipping to eligible destinations throughout the United States, along with local delivery and professional installation services in Orange County, California.

1. Order Processing & Nursery Availability

Our fruit trees are sourced from trusted wholesale growers and nurseries.

Because we work with live plants, order processing depends on nursery availability, weather conditions, seasonal growing cycles, and agricultural regulations.

We will contact you if an ordered tree becomes unavailable or if a significant fulfillment delay occurs. We will not substitute a different variety or size without your approval.

If we cannot fulfill your order, you may receive a refund for the unavailable item.

2. Shipping Areas

We ship eligible fruit trees within the United States where agricultural regulations permit.

Certain varieties, particularly citrus, may be restricted from shipment to specific states or regions due to agricultural quarantine regulations.

Shipping eligibility depends on the tree variety, size, destination, and applicable restrictions.

If an order cannot legally be shipped to your location, we will notify you and refund the affected item.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout or communicated before an order is finalized.

Because our products are living plants, shipping may be delayed to avoid extreme temperatures or other conditions that could damage trees in transit.

We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless expressly confirmed in writing.

4. Local Delivery — Orange County

We offer local fruit tree delivery throughout eligible areas of Orange County, California.

Local delivery charges depend on the delivery location, tree size, quantity, and any special handling requirements.

Delivery availability and pricing are confirmed during checkout or before fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring reasonable access to the delivery location.

5. Professional Tree Installation

Professional fruit tree installation is available as an optional service in eligible local service areas.

Installation may include in-ground planting or container planting, depending on the selected service.

Installation fees are separate from the purchase price of the tree unless expressly included in your order.

Additional charges may apply for oversized trees, difficult access, soil preparation, decorative pots, soil amendments, or other materials and services.

Installation requirements and pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

6. Receiving Your Fruit Tree

Please inspect your tree promptly upon delivery.

Live trees may experience temporary stress during transportation, including minor leaf drop or changes in appearance.

After delivery, trees should be placed in appropriate growing conditions and cared for according to their variety and local climate.

Avoid leaving boxed trees exposed to excessive heat, freezing temperatures, or prolonged direct sunlight.

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Unhealthy Deliveries

If your tree arrives damaged, unhealthy, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, photographs of the tree and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

The 48-hour reporting period helps us investigate shipping issues promptly and does not eliminate rights provided by applicable law.

8. Shipping Delays

Shipping or local delivery may be affected by severe weather, carrier disruptions, agricultural inspections, nursery availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and resolve fulfillment issues.

9. Address Errors & Unsuccessful Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information.

If an incorrect address or inaccessible delivery location causes additional shipping or delivery costs, we may contact you to arrange an appropriate solution and disclose any additional charges before proceeding.

Please contact us promptly if your delivery information needs to be changed.

10. Pots, Planters & Accessories

Decorative pots, planters, and certain installation materials are available for local delivery or installation.

Large or heavy pots may not be eligible for parcel shipping.

Availability, delivery charges, and installation costs will be confirmed before purchase or fulfillment.

11. Plant Health After Delivery

Fruit trees are living plants whose long-term health depends on appropriate watering, sunlight, drainage, soil conditions, climate, and ongoing maintenance.

Unless expressly provided through a separate written guarantee or protection plan, we do not guarantee future growth, flowering, fruit production, or survival after delivery.

This does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
