Pineapple Guava (Feijoa) Tree

Pineapple Guava (Feijoa) Tree

Product description

Enjoy a cold-hardy, low-maintenance fruit with a unique flavor that tastes like a blend of pineapple, guava, and strawberry. Pineapple Guava (also called Feijoa) is a handsome evergreen that makes a great fruit-bearing hedge, screen, or specimen plant.

It prefers cool coastal and mild climates and is much hardier to cold than true guava. Fruit ripens in fall, and when it’s ready it drops from the tree. Plant two or more for the best crops. The flowers are edible too, with mildly sweet petals.

Why You’ll Love It

• Unique flavor, a blend of pineapple, guava, and strawberry
