Part fruit tree, part living art piece, the Variegated Pink Lemon grows striking green-and-cream striped foliage and fruit with green-and-yellow striped skin that ripens to reveal pale pink flesh and pink-tinted juice inside — a genuine showpiece that happens to produce real, usable lemons.
The flavor is milder and sweeter than a standard lemon, with less acidity, making it a favorite for garnishes, cocktails, and desserts where both the look and the taste matter. This is the tree people stop and ask about.
